All names, dates, wording and other personalised details will be added exactly as they are entered on your order. Please double-check all spelling, punctuation and dates before submitting your order, as we cannot be responsible for errors supplied during checkout.

Delivery

All cards are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class, which has an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days after dispatch. Optional upgrades are available to Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, postal delays are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays within the Royal Mail network.

During busier periods, particularly around Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other seasonal occasions, delivery may take longer than usual. We always recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare.

Frame fronts are 1.2mm acrylic, not glass — safer in homes with little ones.
