All orders need 1 to 3 working days for processing before they're dispatched. That covers designing, proofing, printing, finishing and packing. Weekends and UK bank holidays don't count toward processing.

Any customs charges, import taxes or handling fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid on arrival, not at checkout.

We can't be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processing, weather, strikes or anything else outside our control. If something looks lost or stuck, email us with your order number and we'll help chase it.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll need you to cover the cost of resending it.
